Residential Building Permit Application -  Application for new construction, alteration, or remodel of a single family, two-family, or townhouse dwelling. This application is to be used for accessory structures, siding replacement, and window replacement, and shingle replacement (re-roof).This application is also to be used for all residential decks, attached and unattached.

Demolition Permit - Application for demolition of existing structures or interior demolition of existing structures. Commercial buildings must have an asbestos form included with the application. Please contact the office if you have any questions required documentation prior to submitting your application.

Accessory Structure Form - Please fill out this form and submit with the residential building permit application if you are applying to build an accessory structure on your property. An accessory structure includes yard sheds over 120 sq. ft. and detached garages. A site plan must also accompany the application indicating existing structures on property and distances from property lines. The property owner is responsible for locating property lines.
